All pots are lead free, microwave and dishwasher safe and oven-proof. However, a little extra care will prolong their lives. Stoneware should never be taken directly from the refrigerator to a pre-heated oven. Wait until the piece is room temperature and put your pot in the oven before turning it on. Never place it over an open flame or electric burner.
